Tecumseh Bread & Pastry is a quaint neighborhood bakery in Lenawee county, being the first of its kind in the area to offer hand-crafted from scratch croissants, fresh milled & locally grown flour in all products, and delicious crusty sourdough breads without the use of commercial yeast. Established 2016 in Tecumseh, Michigan, operating out of a catering companies building during off-hours, we quickly became a small-business with a wonderful following of customers thanks to our community and commitment to our standards.
We are a beautiful, small, loving shop, and bake all things fresh each morning and mill the flour ourselves, truly the peak of freshness in terms of baking.

Today we still operate as a husband and wife duo to make our fine selection of daily breads and pastries and are proud to have become the first certified Viennoiserie & double certified Guild baker in the US, and now one of the first three Certified Artisan Bakers through the BBGA.
