TB&P Classes


Ever wanted to mix up some real rye bread? Bake a pizza without fear at home? Continue to feed Arlo's urge to talk too much about bread & pastries but on a more personal level? Well, TB&P Classes are back for 2020 and will be posted one month in advance with limited availability of four people per class, first come first served.

Our classes range from two to four hours and offer everyone a chance to mix, shape, bake and taste some great products that we make here at the shop.

Classes are geared toward any and all skill levels, its about sharing the love of loaf and learning from each other.

Saturday Feburary 22nd - French Regional Bread Shaping - Two Doughs explained and the different ways to shape bread for taste and appearance. More than just baguettes as we focus on some of the classics spread across France. You will leave the class with recipes for two kinds of bread, sourdough culture, loaves of bread to share, and the knowledge to form Couronne, fendu, souflame loaves and more.
