Bread Love and Care


You can help your new addition stay fresh and lovely a few ways:
  1. Crusty loaves should be kept 'cut-side' down on a cutting board
  2. Or wrapped in a paper bag from the bakery​
​​These methods can help keep the loaf for two to three days.
​We do not recommend plastic bags as that can contain moisture and create an environment to promote mold growth.


For longer care and love:
If you can't get to your loaf all at once, or bit off more than you can chew, we recommend...
  1. Slicing and freezing the loaf in plastic, wrapping the loaf in either plastic wrap, or double-bagging to prevent frost-bite
​This method can help keep a loaf preserved for a month and can simply be pulled by the slice and toasted, or removed to thaw on the counter a day prior to eating.
