As Americas first Certified Viennoiserie Baker, we are proud to bring you some of the finest hand-crafted from start to finish pastries in the area. We begin by sourcing and using only the highest quality butter (you will never find margarine here) and Michigan dairy for our classic French pastries. We also bring American bakery favorites like muffins, coffee cake and scones to attention by crafting small batches through out the week for peek flavor and taste. Apples are hand peeled and cut, pie crusts are made only with butter and hand-rolled, croissants are laminated and processed for over 24 hours, and our cookies are as important to us as the people walking in the door each day. Never, ever, do we rely on any pre-made products to simplify our offerings.
