Country Sourdough
Our 'everyday' loaf, naturally leavened with a clean, smooth light wheat taste. An excellent crust and slightly open crumb to allow pairing with numerous foods. Based on the country loaves of France, or those known as "Pain au Levain".
Ingredients: Wheat flour, Water, Local organic Rye Flour, salt.
