Bread:
Irish Soda Bread (Daily 3/4-3/14) : Traditional soda bread using bakery milled organic & local wheat, local Calder full fat buttermilk, and has the texture of scone with idea of being used for stews, soups, or slathering butter/jam on. Reuben Rye Bread (Saturday, 3/14): Our sourdough rye with the addition of cracked blacked pepper, caraway, and chunks/grated gruyere cheese German Oat Bread(Thursday's in March): Naturally leavened rye loaf using a blend of organic wheat and rye flour, along with an oat porridge. Baked in a large pullman loaf pan and sold by the 1/3 |
Pastry:
Cheddar & Herb Danish(Week of 11th-14th): Savory cream topped danish using fresh chives, green onion, garlic and shredded cheddar cheese. Whiskey Cup(Week of 11th-14th):Topped danish with an Irish Whiskey Cream filling, and an Irish Whiskey Glaze once it comes out of the oven hot! Delicious and boozy. |
