Ice Box Chocolate Danish (Daily) - Similar to an 'ice box chocolate' pie filling -but in our danish dough! A delicious, cool, early summer treat consisting of a chilled chocolate cream filling.
Pastrami & Cheese (Daily) - Tofurkey Pastrami Roast & Melty White Cheddar wrapped up in our traditional croissant with a blend of sesame and black pepper on the crust!
Everything Sourdough (Thursday) - Our country sourdough with the addition of garlic, sesame, poppy and onion. On the inside AND outside!
Bloody Butcher Anadama Loaf (Friday & Saturday) - Fresh cracked Organic Bloody Butcher cornmeal cooked with honey and added to a wonderfully rich sourdough base of rye & wheat. A lovely loaf for grilling, tapas, toast in the morning or having with dinner.

Breads (Everyday): Baguette - Traditional French baguette with a 30 hour fermentation Italian - Crisp, thin crust, long fermented but with the use of a touch of yeast. Multigrain - A blend of bakery milled organic, corn, wheat, rye and oats & sunflower seeds. Country Sourdough - Our French style sourdough with a long fermentation and a thick, crispy crust, 25% bakery milled whole-grain flour. Cheddar Sourdough -Our country sourdough with the addition of white cheddar chunks. Cinnamon-Raisin Sourdough - Our country sourdough with raisins soaked in vanilla, honey and cinnamon. Miche - Modeled after the French country sourdough loaves, we make a large four pound boule using fresh bakery milled wheat and rye flour for a sensational whole-grain flavor. Pretzels - German style, dipped in lye with coarse sea salt.
Special Bread Bakes: Tuesday: Pain de Seigle - French Rye using bakery milled organic rye flour. Tangy, dense and fulfilling. Wednesday: 3-Seed - Sourdough loaf using sunflower, flax and sesame seeds. Thursday: Baker's Choice - A constant changing special using seasonal, regional or baker curious flavors and grains. Friday: Sourdough Rye - Deli Rye with 30% organic fresh milled rye flour, and caraway seeds. Challah - A beautiful braided loaf using local eggs, honey, and olive oil Saturday: Raisin-Pecan Sourdough - Our sourdough with 30% of the weight being Raisins & Pecans
