Seasonal Veggie Savory Croissant - Croissant dough topped with onion & garlic cream sauce, sautéed dinosaur kale and heirloom spinach. Seasoned with pepper, salt, herbs and topped with shredded aged cheddar.
Madeleines - classic French petit gateau made with European style butter, pasture raised eggs, vanilla and featuring a delicate texture for dipping in our coffee, or enjoying one or two while looking out on the boulevard on a cold winters day.
Heritage Wheat (Saturday) - A dense German inspired pan loaf with lots of sunflower, oats and honey. Perfect for toast, open faced sandwiches, honey & butter, or some delicious preserves.

Italian - Crisp, thin crust, long fermented but with the use of a touch of yeast, .
Multigrain - A blend of bakery milled organic, wheat, rye and oats & sunflower seeds.
Country Sourdough - Our French style sourdough with a long fermentation and a thick, crispy crust.
Cheddar Sourdough -Our country sourdough with the addition of White Cheddar.
Cinnamon-Raisin Sourdough - Our country sourdough with raisins soaked in vanilla, local honey and cinnamon.
Miche - Modeled after the French country sourdough loaves, we make a large four pound boule using fresh bakery milled wheat and rye flour for a sensational whole-grain flavor.
Pretzels - German style, dipped in lye with coarse sea salt.
