Cornmeal Rye (Saturday only) -Special loaf of rye featuring a mixture of stone ground polenta, molasses, and local bakery milled rye and wheat.
PB Pretzel Danish - Danish featuring a pretzel crust with a creamy rich peanut butter cream filling.
Pub Dip Danish - Danish featuring a savory cream cheese, chive, onion, garlic, ale and cheddar filling -all on a buttery Danish dough!
Breads (Everyday): Baguette - Traditional French baguette with a 30 hour fermentation, Italian - Crisp, thin crust, long fermented but with the use of a touch of yeast, . Multigrain - A blend of bakery milled organic, wheat, rye and oats & sunflower seeds. Country Sourdough - Our French style sourdough with a long fermentation and a thick, crispy crust. Cheddar Sourdough -Our country sourdough with the addition of White Cheddar. Vanilla & Cherry Sourdough - Our country sourdough with cherries soaked in vanilla. Miche - Modeled after the French country sourdough loaves, we make a large four pound boule using fresh bakery milled wheat and rye flour for a sensational whole-grain flavor. Pretzels - German style, dipped in lye with coarse sea salt.
Special Bread Bakes: Wednesday: 3-Seed - Sourdough loaf using sunflower, flax and sesame seeds. Thursday: Old World Rye - A blend of bakery milled wheat, rye and ground caraway. Naturally leavened and crusty! Friday: Sourdough caraway Rye - Deli Rye with 40% organic fresh milled rye flour, and caraway seeds. Challah - A beautiful braided loaf using pasture raised, vegetarian eggs, honey, and olive oil Saturday: Cherry-Pecan Sourdough - Our sourdough jam packed with Cherries & Pecans.

Tarts and Cakes: Carrot Cake - 9x13 or slice Lemon Tart -4" Ganache Tart -4” Parisian Flan (Baked French Pastry Cream) - Slice Frangipane (Almond Tart on Shortbread crust with varying Fruit)- Slice Apple Tart - Slice or whole 12" long tart (serves 6-8) - Butter roasted apples on a shortbread crust with vanilla cream and sliced local apples coated in apricot glaze.
